You can choose how you receive your referral reward. All rewards are issued after successful onboarding, are aligned with the referred client’s payment, and are calculated on VAT-exclusive amounts

Cash rewards are paid seven (7) days after the referred hospital or clinic has been successfully onboarded.

Subscription discounts are applied by reducing your Annual Subscription Fee on your next renewal, meaning you pay less when it is time to renew your service.

Extra user licenses and additional system features or modules are provided fourteen (14) days after the referred client has completed onboarding, giving you more access at no extra cost.
Your referral reward is paid only when the referred client pays and it is always calculated on VAT-exclusive amounts.
How it works for annual subscriptions:
• When: A client pays their yearly fee in full, upfront.
• Reward: You earn 15% of the total annual amount.
• Payout: You receive a single, lump-sum payment after the client's payment is confirmed.
Example: A $2800 annual payment triggers a one-time reward of $420 to you.
How it works for monthly subscription:
• Condition: You earn a reward only for the months the client is actively paying.
• Term: This applies for a maximum of the client's first 12 months.
• Calculation: Each month the client pays, you receive 15% of that month's payment.
• Outcome: Rewards stop if the client cancels, or after 12 successful payments, whichever comes first.
Example: Client pays $260/month.
Scenario A (Full year): 12 payments → You get $39/month for 12 months.
Scenario B (Cancels early): 5 payments → You get $39/month for 5 months only.
How it works:
Payments are made each month we receive the client's payment.
The reward period ends after 12 months of client payments or if the client cancels before 12 months, whichever comes first.
Example:
If the client’s monthly visit bill is $300, your reward is $45 for that month.
• If they stay for a full year, you receive 12 payments of $45.
• If they cancel after 6 months, you receive 6 payments of $45.

Everyone is welcome to participate in the Referral Program, as it is open to the general public. Please feel free to share this information within your networks, groups, and among friends. Absolutely. The program has no limit on the number of customers you can refer. Feel free to refer as many facilities as possible and earn a cash reward for every successful onboarding.
If any member of the Hanmak Team has previously been in contact with a customer you have referred, we will still recognize the referral as yours after the client is onboarded, especially if the customer proceeds based on the trust they have in your recommendation. You will remain fully eligible for the referral reward.
You are not required to conduct a demo for the customer if you are not comfortable or are unfamiliar with some of the system features. Simply refer the client to us, and we will handle the rest. However, consistent follow-up from your end can significantly help move the deal across the finish line.
We have made the process as transparent as possible by introducing a Partner Portal, where you will be able to track the progress of all your referrals. The Hanmak Team will guide you on how to access and use the portal.
In the event that a referred customer stops paying their subscription or if the agreement is terminated, the referral reward will also stop. This is because the reward is directly tied to the payments Hanmak receives from the customer.
