Business Manager

Reporting To: This position reports directly to the Board of Directors (BOD), providing strategic insights and updates on business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Daily Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the company, ensuring all departments operate effectively and efficiently.
  2. Strategic Planning: Work closely with the board to develop, implement, and monitor strategic goals and objectives that align with the company’s vision.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality of service across the organization.
  5. Product Development Oversight: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that software solutions meet client needs, are delivered on time, and adhere to quality standards.
  6. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  7. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and foster business growth. Act as a point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
  8. Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
  9. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure organizational effectiveness and success.
  10. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company adheres to government and industry regulations and standards while identifying and managing risks that could affect operations.
  11. Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports and updates to the board, highlighting progress toward strategic goals and any potential challenges.
  12. Talent Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training processes directly, ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
  13. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business or operations management, preferably within the software development or SaaS industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams effectively and manage cross-functional relationships, particularly in technology environments.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and an understanding of software engineering processes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering software projects successfully.
  • Tech-Savvy: Understanding of software development processes and an ability to adapt to new technologies.

Job Description

The SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving brand awareness and lead generation through digital channels. The role involves responsibilities that cross the business spectrum from technology to marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies.
  • Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Knowledge and hands-on skills in both static and motion graphics design.
  • Knowledge and hands-on skills in AI video generation tools such as Veed.

User Experience Designer

Hanmak Technologies Ltd is an ICT company specializing in the development, implementation and support of enterprise software applications.  We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of User Experience Designer

 Responsibilities

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, screen flows, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  • Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, graphs and widgets.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and improve existing and/or devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate the designs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Consult with clients to understand their goals and explaining research results.
  • Conduct usability testing. This should include identifying and troubleshooting UX problems such as responsiveness.
  • Developing personas and usage scenarios.

  • Participate in creating a content development strategy. This involves application of skills to new and/or existing company’s digital assets such as the company’s website and customer facing channels.

Requirements

  • HTML5+, CSS3+ and JavaScript skills are required. Basic backend, more so in .Net C#, skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.

C# ASP.Net Core Programmer

Job Description

The programmer will be responsible for building C# applications, including anything from back-end services to their client-end counterparts, developing and integrating new functionalities into existing applications.

The responsibilities of the programmer will be to design and develop applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Our Internship Programme is designed and tailored to provide unemployed graduates with professional and practical exposure in their chosen career field  through a planned work experience schedule.

The practical experience the intern gains at the work site is expected to compliment the theoretical knowledge gained in a college classroom. The intern is expected to both learn from and contribute to this learning opportunity. Interns who successfully complete the Internship Programme are offered the opportunity to join the System Implementation & Support Team.
